 "Excellent Timepiece" 2009-09-14

The watch more than met my needs and expectations. I printed out the manual from the Casio site; it made learning how to use the watch much easier.

"as good as thousand dollar watches...great for golfing" 2009-09-10
By T. Um (DC)
this watch beats all the other luxury watches I have. I own Tag, Cartier, Technomarine, Swiss Army...etc. but this light, solar powered watch is much more accurate and functional, and has become my favorite. I primarily use it when I play golf. Unlike other heavy luxury watches, this one is so comfortable that it does not interfere with your swing. you need a watch when you play golf, but most people do not wear one probably because their watches are not comfortable. after owing this one, I now doubt why I had to pay $$$ for those inaccurate watches because the single most important function of a watch is to show the TIME!!! this watch is clearly a winner and frankly I was surpirsed by its near perfection. only difficulty was that I had to struggle figuring out how to use them. but you gotta read the manual spend some time with it. and in a few days, you will love this watch.

"Great Watch - Difficult Manual" 2009-09-09
By John David - N.C.
I purchased this watch because I really hate having to constantly adjust the time and dates on my various time pieces. After reading the user manual however, I found myself wondering if I had made the right choice. It took me several tries before I was able to get the correct time displayed on my watch. The print in the manual is so small, I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. Other than that, the watch did reset itself when I was on vacation and seems to be doing just fine now. Great watch, over complicated manual with very confusing instructions. I give Casio 4 out of 5 for their quality !

 "Watch Problem Solved" 2009-09-02

C'mon... Solar, atomic clock time sync, easily readable, inexpensive. What more could you ask for?

I had been looking for a watch to complement my Casio Triple Sensor Pathfinder, which I love, but it quite gigantic. The Pathfinder for adventure, the Waveceptor for work and more formal occasions. This watch will actually fit under a dress shirt cuff and looks pretty good. No one will mistake it for a Breitling, but it looks just fine and has received compliments. I did not want all the goofy printing and markings on the bezel - just the time and date, please, and look good doing it.

Yes, there is a lot of button pressing in the correct sequence to set it up, but once done this thing should be good for a lifetime. Thenceforth it corrects itself and charges itself without you having to think about it. I left it on a bright window sill after receiving it until the charge indicator registered 'HI', and it hasn't dropped from there since even though I never consciously make an effort to expose it to light. It gets enough just from doing whatever I do. I am hoping this is a 20 year watch. Highly recommended.
